Monster’s app is super quick, user friendly and their swipe option is a great way to actually enjoy the job search. All you have to do is set up your profile, upload your resume, and their algorithm will provide you with possible matches based on your application history, search queries, and previous jobs. It can also show you job ads with job descriptions and let you swipe right for the jobs you like and swipe left for the ones you don’t like. If you’re interested in a position, the app will automatically send your resume to an employer. You’ll receive a notification when an employer wants to interview you. But choose carefully — once you skip a job ad, it will disappear forever.

Most of the time, you cannot know what exactly you’re getting into until you join a company. Enter Glassdoor. Employees and applicants from all over the world get to review companies and share information about their salaries, interview process, and questions, or even CEO information.
