Air Canada Enhances In-Flight Entertainment with Complimentary Apple TV+ Shows Air Canada is elevating its in-flight entertainment by introducing complimentary access to a selection of Apple TV+ shows.

Air Canada

This latest offering allows passengers on aircraft equipped with seat-back screens to enjoy binge-worthy original content such as Ted Lasso, Severance, Foundation, and The Morning Show. Following American Airlines, Air Canada becomes the second global airline to integrate Apple TV+ programming into its onboard entertainment offerings.

Regularly priced at $8.99 per month or $89 annually in Canada, the Apple TV+ streaming service offers a wide array of original shows and movies across numerous platforms and devices. The service is accessible via the TV app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, the TV box, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Roku, and Amazon Fire TV streaming sticks, as well as certain smart TVs from industry-leading manufacturers like LG, Samsung, Sony, and Vizio. Furthermore, Apple TV+ content can be streamed via the web on tv.apple.com.

Air Canada’s introduction of complimentary in-flight Apple TV+ shows reflects a broader trend in the airline industry of improving the passenger experience with enriched entertainment options.

The addition of popular Apple TV+ original content to Air Canada’s in-flight offerings provides passengers with a unique opportunity to catch up on their favorite shows or discover new ones during their flight, all at no extra cost.
