Amazon will sell Google’s Chromecast and Apple TV

Amazon will once again list Google Chromecast and Apple TV on its website, after previously removing them for sale because of their incompatibility with its Amazon Video service.

The company has launched new product pages for the new Apple TV in its 32GB form, 32GB 4K form and 64GB 4K form, as well as pages for Chromecast and Chromecast Ultra.

The products are currently listed as “Unavailable”, but this is likely to change as the listings go live and Amazon receives stock from Google and Apple.

Amazon stopped selling the Apple TV and Google Chromecast in 2015, and said that the reason was because of incompatibility with Amazon Prime Video.

Amazon last week announced and launched its long-awaited Amazon Prime Video app for the Apple TV, which prompted Apple to launch a new TV Twitter account and promote the new TV app on iOS 11, giving users the ability to view content from a range of providers.
