Today, Apple officially announced the release of their third-generation Apple Watch. With the same general design of the previous model, it features a space gray body with matching band with the difference of a bright red Digital Crown.
The Series 3 version is able to make calls over LTE by sharing the same phone number as the iPhone it is connected to and users will be able to add it to their existing pricing plan, although carriers are yet to release any pricing promotions. Of course, it is available in a non-LTE option too.
Another difference comes with the four dot signal strength icon and a Mobile Data toggle switch alongside the regular access toggles in the Watch’s control center.

There are two available finishes: Ceramic Gray and Aluminum Blush Gold, the latter of which is a perfect match for the iPhone 8 of the same color. Whichever color you choose, your watch will run on the new watchOS, which arrives September 19.
Apple Watch Series 3 starts at $329 without cellular and $399 with cellular. Available in nine countries, across multiple carriers, available from September 22.
