Apple Card holders now have an attractive incentive to bring their family into the fold. A time-sensitive promotion allows primary cardholders to earn up to $200 in Daily Cash by adding up to five users to their account before September 12. Each new co-owner of an Apple Card account will be granted $100 in Daily Cash, provided they make purchases amounting to $100 or more in the first 30 days after joining. Concurrently, new participants can earn $25 in Daily Cash if their spending exceeds $25 during the initial 30-day window.
This Daily Cash can be used in multiple ways; you can offset your Apple Card balance, facilitate payments through Apple Cash via Apple Pay, or transfer it to an external bank account for cash withdrawal. Besides this promotional offer, Apple continues to offer up to 3% Daily Cash on everyday Apple Card transactions.
Apple Card Family allows the main cardholder to share their account with family members who are 13 years of age or older. Managed through the Apple Wallet app on the iPhone, this feature provides the primary cardholder the capacity to monitor the spending of each family member individually. Furthermore, specific spending permissions can be set for each member, providing a controlled financial environment within the family.
To participate in this promotion, existing Apple Card holders can invite new members via the Wallet app, where new users can also apply for their first Apple Card.
