Instructors have begun teasing the release of Apple Fitness+ on their personal social media pages, suggesting that the new service is set to be released in the coming weeks.

What’s more, companies including Best Buy have begun promoting a six-month free trial of Apple Fitness+ for anyone who purchases an Apple Watch. It’s likely that this promotion will be offered across all retail including the Apple Store to encourage consumers to sign up.

On social networks like Twitter and Instagram, influencers have been sharing teasers of the new platform, including the hashtag #CloseYourRings and tagging the @AppleFitnessPlus account, suggesting that a launch could be coming in the next few days or weeks.

The company previously confirmed that Apple Fitness+ would arrive before the end of 2020, but we’ve had no confirmation on the specific date or month just yet. The fact that promotion is now ramping up suggests that the Cupertino company plans to release the service soon.

Apple confirmed Fitness+ at its Apple Watch event in September, alongside the Apple One subscription bundle. The new $9.99 per month service offers access to guided workouts from fitness professionals and uses the Apple Watch to track progress. On launch, categories such as yoga, dance, core, cycling, and treadmill workouts will be offered.
