Apple Fitness Plus+ added a new dimension to its workout sessions with the introduction of its latest Artist Spotlight series. The Apple Fitness+ service, which was launched in December 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, is designed to offer a wide range of workout sessions in diverse genres like Yoga, Cycling, Strength, Dance, Core, and more.
Apple Fitness+ now features curated playlists of popular singers, including Miley Cyrus, Mariah Carey, and Shania Twain, to make workouts more enjoyable for its users.
The Apple Fitness+ Artist Spotlight series offers dedicated playlists of music by a featured artist, accompanying each workout session. The series features three new workouts that have been available since March 6, including cycling with Kym to music by Miley Cyrus, yoga with Jonelle to music by Mariah Carey, and strength with Kyle to music by Shania Twain.
Apple has been expanding its Fitness+ service, which is now available to iPhone users in 21 countries, with the latest update integrating it with iOS, removing the requirement to own an Apple Watch to subscribe to Fitness+. The company has been introducing new features to enhance its offerings, including kickboxing workouts, sleep meditation sessions, and more.
Apple Fitness+ costs $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year, and it comes with a three-month free trial. With the Artist Spotlight series, Fitness+ aims to make workouts more enjoyable and engaging for its users.
