Apple is making two significant updates to its in-store Vision Pro demonstrations this month to enhance customer experience and appeal.

Firstly, customers will now be able to view their own photos, videos, and panoramas on the Vision Pro headset.

This personalized experience aims to create a stronger emotional connection compared to viewing generic stock images.

Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman highlighted this in his latest newsletter, noting the potential of this feature to sway buyers by showing their own media in mixed reality.

The second update involves offering extended demo times, allowing potential buyers to explore the Vision Pro’s features more thoroughly.

This “Go Deeper” option lets customers test the headset’s capabilities based on their intended use, whether for productivity, entertainment, or other purposes.

In response to feedback about comfort, Apple is also standardizing the use of the Dual Loop head strap for all demos, replacing the Solo Loop.

This change, effective since Friday, aims to improve the overall comfort of the device during demonstrations.

The Dual Loop is already widely used in the first phase of the international rollout.
