Looking to save big on a new iPad or Mac for Back to School season? You’re in luck!
Apple has officially kicked off its Back to University promotion this week, starting in Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and Brazil.
More locations are expected to be added this week.
Just as it does with its Back to School promotion which runs in the United States, Apple is offering eligible students money off their next Mac or iPad.
In New Zealand, for example, users can save up to NZ$360 on their next Mac using education pricing and receive a free pair of Beats Studio3 Wireless headphones.
And if they’re in the market for the iPad, they can save up to NZ$90 and receive a free pair of (cheaper) Solo3 headphones.
Similar offers are available in the United States, with Apple offering up to A$320 off a Mac and A$80 off an iPad, with a free pair of Beats Studio3 or Solo3 headphones respectively.
And the fun doesn’t stop there. As well as offering free Beats headphones and discounts on eligible products, students can save 20% off an AppleCare+ subscription, and discounts on accessories from the Apple Store – like the Apple Magic Mouse, Magic Keyboard, and more.
The MacBook Air, 13-inch MacBook Pro, 16-inch MacBook Pro, iMac, and iMac Pro are all eligible for educational discounts, whilst the iPad Pro and iPad Air are discounted, too.
Apple is also pushing its trade-in for Mac and iPad purchases, offering users more money off their next device if they trade in an eligible model; this offer isn’t available in New Zealand.
Apple typically kicks off the Back to School promotion in the United States and the United Kingdom over the summer, but some territories have different schooling seasons and so are treated differently. Further territories are expected to be added to this Back to University promo in the coming days, and we’ll bring you the latest updates as soon as we get them.
