Apple Pay expands in United States, China, France and Ireland

Although Apple Pay works with almost all of the United States’ major banks, there are still lots of credit unions and regional banks that do not support Apple Pay. Apple has just confirmed an expansion to its Pay service, bringing new US banks to the mix, as well as more banks and financial bodies in countries such as China, France, Finland, and Ireland.

In other territories, Bank of Quanzhou and YangQuan City Commercial Bank now supports Apple Pay in China, Endered now works in Finland, Finland; Arkéa Banque Privée, Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne, Crédit Mutuel du Sud-Ouest, Crédit Mutuel Massif Central, Fortuneo Banque, Lydia, and Max now support Apple Pay in France, and Hype and Nexi now allow users to set up Apple Pay on their iPhones, Macs, Apple Watches and iPads in Ireland.
