Apple has announced details about the main keynote for this month’s Worldwide Developers Conference. The presentation will start at 10am Pacific Time on Monday, June 13, and will likely see Apple announce the next major releases for its iOS, OS X, watchOS and tvOS platforms.
The keynote will be delivered at San Francisco’s Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, as also revealed to members of the press, reports Tech Insider. Apple is unlikely to reveal new hardware at the event, judging at least by tradition; however, iOS 10 and OS X 10.12 should be announced, especially as details about features of both of these platform versions have been leaked in recent weeks.
It is known, for example, that iOS 10 should feature a greatly redesigned Music app, while virtual assistant Siri should be brought to OS X 10.12. Both platforms could also support use of Apple Pay on retail websites, especially given a recent report that Touch ID-equipped MacBook Pros are on the way.
This keynote will be live streamed both on the WWDC website and through the WWDC app.
