Apple’s services division has seen sales increase by $10 billion year-over-year in the fourth quarter.

The division, which makes up services such as the App Store, Apple Music, Apple Arcade, Apple TV+, Apple Fitness+, iCloud+, AppleCare and Apple Pay, earned $78 billion in the period.

In this quarter, the service arm earned $19 billion, up almost $1 billion in the same period last year. Overall, the services arm earned $10 billion more in 2022 than it did in 2021, thanks to the company ramping up its services, particularly Apple TV+.

Apple says that it now has more than 900 million paying subscribers. That’s up 155 million since last year, demonstrating that the company’s renewed focus on services is paying off.

The news comes at the same time as Apple announces plans to increase the price of its subscription services, with Apple Music going up $1 per month and Apple TV+ by $2.
