Apple shares stunning Shot on iPhone video, Snowbrawl

A young person with long hair, wearing a knitted hoodie and a green vest, looks pensively into the distance in a snowy, wooded area. Bare trees and snow-covered ground are visible in the background. Shot on iPhone, this scene could be straight out of Apple’s “Snowbrawl” video series.

Apple has shared a stunning new video as part of its Shot on iPhone series.

The company has used the latest video to show off the capabilities of the new iPhone 11 Pro, released in September alongside the iPhone 11 and the iPhone 11 Pro Max.

The new video, titled Snowbrawl, features a snowball fight between two teams.

It was directed by David Leitch and was uploaded to Apple’s YouTube channel, though it’s expected to be shown on TV during advertisements in the coming days and weeks.

“Make your holiday videos epic with the highest-quality video in a smartphone, ever,” Apple says of the cinematic video on its YouTube site.

Benjamin Wallfisch provides the score.

The company is also offering a behind-the-scenes look at how the new advertisement was shot, peeling back the curtain and demonstrating the power of the new iPhone 11 Pro.

Snowbrawl is the latest in a series of Shot on iPhone videos and advertisements from Apple, with the company keen to show off the capability of its high-end smartphone cameras.

The iPhone 11 Pro is Apple’s first to feature a triple-lens camera and has a wide-angle sensor to capture shots from further away, as demonstrated in the videos.
