Apple Support System Now Allows Users To Book Repairs From Third-Parties

Apple has now added a feature to their online support system, enabling users to book repairs on their products from authorized third-parties. Apple are trying to make it easier for their customers to get their products repaired.

Apple recently added information about third-party service providers to its site. This means that if you want to look up a place that can fix a cracked screen then Apple arenā€™t just going to direct you to one of their own branches. Youā€™ll even be able to book an appointment directly from the browser.

This will drastically cut down on wait times for customers by broadening the range of potential repair locations. The stores can be trusted as well because they undergo a thorough assessment from Apple themselves to determine whether theyā€™re qualified to repair iPhones.

This comes as a welcome addition, with AppleCare are going that extra mile to get its customers quicker out-of-warranty repairs.
