The new Mac Pro comes with eight Thunderbolt ports and six PCI slots for modular expansion. Its base model is priced at $6999.
This Mac Pro, armed with the M2 Ultra, boasts a 24-core CPU, an up to 76-core GPU, and 192 GB RAM. It also features two HDMI ports, dual 10-gigabit Ethernet, and a 32-core Neural Engine for executing machine learning tasks with remarkable efficiency.
In addition, the device supports the latest in wireless connectivity, featuring Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
Starting today, the new Mac Pro is available for orders and will begin shipping next week. With this launch, Apple finally completes its transition to Apple Silicon in the Mac Pro line.
