Apple Vision Pro Set for Early 2024 Release: Possibly January Anticipation mounts as Apple gears up for the early 2024 launch of the Vision Pro headset, potentially in January.

The much-awaited Apple Vision Pro headset is poised for an early 2024 release, with indications pointing towards a potential January launch. This timeframe, previously suggested as “early 2024” by Apple, now seems to be narrowing, with expectations leaning more towards February, although a January debut is not off the table.

In a recent edition of Bloomberg’s “Power On” newsletter, Mark Gurman shed light on Apple’s extensive retail preparations for the headset’s debut. Gurman revealed that Apple internally aims for a January release, but he also anticipates a launch before March, assuming no unexpected delays arise. This contrasts with his previous November prediction of a March shipment.

Highlighting the significant retail efforts involved, Gurman shared insights into an innovative training program. This initiative involves hand-picking select store employees for an intensive training session at Apple Park in January. These trained employees will subsequently return to their stores to impart knowledge to their colleagues.

The training, slated to begin mid-January, entails a comprehensive two-day session for each participant.

The complexity of the Apple Vision Pro’s setup process, which requires customization for individual users, has prompted Apple to adopt a meticulously planned approach to customer interactions. While online reservations for the headset will be available, Apple is steering customers towards in-store pickups. To facilitate this, Apple Stores are expected to be equipped with the necessary tools to assemble and box the headsets on-site, ensuring a personalized and streamlined customer experience.

The Apple Vision Pro’s release is a highly anticipated event, with the company taking significant steps to ensure a seamless introduction to the market.
