Apple working with influencers on TikTok to promote iPhone 12 mini

A 3D black and white pattern features multiple repetitions of the "TikTok" logo arranged in diagonal lines, crafting a visually engaging, staggered effect. Reminiscent of global business branding strategies seen in Microsoft designs, the background alternates between light and dark shades for added depth and contrast.

Apple has begun using its official TikTok account to promote the new iPhone 12 mini.

The Cupertino company has enlisted the help of popular influencers from across the platform to revive its previously-unused TikTok account, pushing the new “budget” iPhone 12 model.

Apple first joined TikTok in April, but this latest campaign featuring Jessica Wang, Kevin B Parry, Zach King, and Julian Bass is the first time that the company has used the platform.

In fun clips, influencers are spotted making items shrink down into compact sizes, such as jackets and cupcakes, designed to represent the small form factor of the iPhone 12. Apple says that the challenge is to “make it mini,” and will no doubt be trying to start a new trend.

At the time of writing, Apple now has almost 400,000 followers and 350,000 TikTok likes on its profile, and it’s likely that the figure will climb as more influencers get involved in the craze. Users, too, are being encouraged to “make it mini” with their own original videos.
