Apple’s Support App Gets a Revamp for Better Management Apple has unveiled an updated version of its dedicated Support app, which is designed to assist Apple product owners with their devices. This update introduces a new layout, simplified access to local service providers, and easier management of support activities.

The enhanced Support app from Apple now boasts a more streamlined layout, aiming to facilitate the viewing and managing of calls, chats, and reservations. Additionally, users can now access information about nearby service providers more quickly.

To achieve these improvements, Apple has incorporated a navigation bar at the bottom of the app, which includes “Support”, “Locations”, and “Activity” tabs. The “Activity” tab presents a record of all support activities from the past 90 days, including past and upcoming calls and reservations. Meanwhile, the “Locations” tab provides a list of service providers and allows users to schedule a repair.

The primary “Support” tab retains its previous functionality, offering options to manage subscriptions, check AppleCare coverage, and search for advice related to specific devices.

Alongside the layout updates, Apple has expanded the availability of the Support app to Vietnam and added Vietnamese as a supported language. This follows the recent launch of the online Apple Store in the country.

The Apple Support app is now accessible in 174 regions and supports 32 languages. It is a free application that can be downloaded from the App Store.
