While tomorrow’s Apple Event doesn’t quite have the same excitement level as last month’s iPhone 5 announcement, it still is carrying enough fervor to keep Apple enthusiasts abuzz. The California Theatre in San Jose, the site of the event, is already being prepared, and Techie Buzz has caught some pictures of it.
Tomorrow’s event is widely expected to introduce the iPad Mini, a revamped new iPad complete with lightning connector, a 13″ Retina Display MacBook Pro, and an updated iBooks app, version 3.0. Not much has been confirmed, and the invitations simply says, “We have a little more to show you.” It is scheduled to begin at 10 AM PST, 1 PM EST.
There are of course no clues by looking at the posters for the event. It would seem like it is something visual they will be introducing because of the colorful graphics, but that doesn’t make much sense for what we are expecting to see there. It doesn’t look “Mini,” and it doesn’t look books-inspired.
Is it possible that Apple will be introducing a product that has so far escaped leaks and rumors? Possible, yes. Probable no. We’ll just have to wait until tomorrow to find out what the colorful event posters have to do with the iPad Mini and iBooks.
