Coach to Release Stylish New Apple Watch Bands This Year

The luxury fashion label Coach will join French brand Hermés in releasing its own Apple Watch bands. Those bands could hit the market as soon as June, according to a writer for Haute Écriture.

That writer, David Boglin de Bautista, reports recently attending a Coach boutique where a sales associate, upon noticing his Apple Watch, informed him of Coach’s upcoming bands for the wearable. The associate showed him photos of about eight bands, some of which sporting charms and patterns.

Apparently, the look of the bands will closely follow that of the handbags in Coach’s Spring/Summer 2016 Collection, with one band featuring stitching resembling flowers. The sales associate reportedly sent photos, since included in the Haute Écriture report, showing several of the Coach bands.

It remains unclear whether Coach has made these bands, seemingly each set to retail for $150, in partnership with Apple or independently. However, several Coach sales associates are further said to have revealed that the bands could be available for purchase as early as June.
