Creating your own Memoji on the iPhone X

With iOS 12 you’re no longer limited to posing as a robot or a poop emoji anymore, Apple is now allowing you to create a detailed Animoji that looks just like you – Memoji.

At the annual Worldwide Developers Conference that took place yesterday in San Jose, California, Apple announced these new features that would be coming to Animoji, a hit augmented reality feature that lets you put a digital mask over your face on iMessage.

When you first open Messages/Animoji on iOS 12 you’ll be greeted with a splash screen that shows your options.
