The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has been dominating the movie market for years now. What started with Iron Man is now a fully-fledged cinematic universe with its own narrative, crossovers, and a storyline that just keeps ongoing. From this perspective, it seems that the Marvel Cinematic Universe simply cannot end and we’re lucky to be living in such a time and space. Now, Marvel’s most recent outing, Black Widow, has finally hit theaters and Disney+ after several delays and we’re overjoyed to finally be able to watch Natasha’s prequel adventure that expands her story and lore.

Scarlett Johansson reprises her role as Natasha/Black Widow, Florence Pugh stars as Yelena, David Harbour portrays Alexei/The Red Guardian, and Rachel Weisz is Melina. “Black Widow”—the first film in Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe—is directed by Cate Shortland and produced by Kevin Feige.”
With Scarlett Johansson reprising her role, alongside Florence Pugh, Rachel Weisz, David Harbour and some familiar faces like William Hurt, Black Widow seems to be a sure hit for Marvel, as evidenced by the movie’s box office success. Now, due to the pandemic, the movie has been simultaneously released both in theaters around the world, as well as on Disney+, which means that the movie is available for streaming to all Apple users, who can enjoy it from the comfort of their homes.
