First TV Spot Appears for Star Wars: The Force Awakens

The hugely eagerly-anticipated Star Wars: The Force Awakens has just got its first TV spot – and in a rather surprising place. A new video teaser has just popped up on the Star Wars Korea YouTube channel and includes plenty of sights of heroes, villains, X-Wings and TIE fighters.

Though the subtitles and other text in Korean clearly indicate what market the teaser is intended for, as it’s now on the Internet, everyone can enjoy a few more little insights into the sci-fi adventure that is now only about four months away from hitting theaters.

We say “a few more little” as, frankly, the video shows little in its 30-second duration that we didn’t see in the first video teaser for Star Wars: The Force Awakens that landed last year. Still, we get to see some explosive action, Stormtroopers and a close-up shot of one of the Star Wars debutants, young actress Daisy Ridley. Oh, and the rather unique appearance of the Star Wars logo in Korean!
