Apple has just sent out iOS 10.1.1, a minor software update rectifying an issue where some users were unable to view data in the Health app that is on various iPhones and iPod Touches.
The release notes for iOS 10.1.1 are brief and refer to bug fixes without specifying what exact bugs have been addressed apart from the problem with the Health app. That problem does not seem to have been widespread – but, in any case, it has now been fixed only a week after iOS 10.1’s release. iOS 10.1 was a more significant update that brought the Portrait camera feature to the iPhone 7 Plus.
iOS 10.1.1 is now available as a free download for all iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch models capable of running iOS 10; you can initiate the download through Software Update in your device’s Settings app or via the iTunes desktop software when your iOS device is connected to the computer.
