iPhone X Plus concept images show the return of the gold option

Two smartphones are displayed vertically side by side. The smaller one, labeled "iPhone X," is on the left, and the larger one, labeled "iPhone X Plus," is on the right. Both phones have edge-to-edge screens with a notch at the top for the front camera in these sleek concept images.

Back in November last year, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicted that Apple would be adding two new iPhones to the lineup in 2018, specifically two new display sizes with a mix of OLED and LCD screens.

Now a concept video published by ConceptsiPhone on YouTube gives us an idea about how much bigger these phones are rumored to be. The video takes a similar style to the introduction of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus unveiling, showing the current 5.8-inch iPhone X in front of the rumored 6.5-inch version.

The video also shows other rumored details including the return of the gold option alongside silver and space gray. There’s also the possibility of a dual SIM card solution which has cleverly been shown on the video with an extended SIM tray versus two SIM trays. However, some reports claim that Apple will likely be waiting for an e-SIM solution to support carrier switching for travelers.

The concept seems reasonable, the same design with no radical changes, and by adding a new gold option into the mix the smaller version would seem refreshed. Take a look at the video below and let us know your thoughts.
