Popstar Lady Gaga has confirmed plans to host an Apple Music chat show called GAGA RADIO, where she’ll speak to producers of her latest album Chromatica and premiere exclusive remixes and DJ sets from some of the world’s biggest musicians.
The press release for the new show reads: “The inspiration for Lady Gaga’s hyperactive 2020 album Chromatica came from one magical place: the dance floor. A joyride of glittery synths and let-your-hair-down hooks, it captures the singular, soul-cleansing euphoria found from sweating under a disco ball.”
“Every Friday on GAGA RADIO, she honors dance music by speaking with the DJs, divas, and producers who inspired her and helped bring Chromatica to life. Each episode will also include an exclusive DJ mix from one of Gaga’s guests. It’s a celebration of dance music when we need it most.”
The pre-recorded show will begin on Apple Music at 2 PM ET this Friday and continue through August. Fans don’t need an Apple Music subscription to listen to the show – Apple’s radio offerings are available for free via the Music app on iOS, Android, and macOS.
