The location of the first ever Apple Store in Singapore has finally been revealed

In 2015, Apple confirmed that they’d be opening a retail store in Singapore without revealing any clues about the location although there were strong signs pointing toward Orchard Road, conspired the upmarket retail area of the country.

This proved to be true and the barricades have now been removed from the store to reveal a huge ‘Apple loves Singapore’ graphic above the name of the store. A few people have read into the graphic, such as Straitstimes who have implied that it signals the Creative Pros who will be available at the store:

There are 12 smaller groups of these icons close to the doors of the store. Each group of icon has a different red dot to represent the 12 local Creative Pros that Apple has selected.

Dubbed “Red Dot Heroes” by Apple, these Creative Pros are the liberal arts equivalent of Apple’s technical Geniuses that specialize in troubleshooting and repairs of products. Some of them will conduct free hands-on sessions at the upcoming Apple Orchard Road Store.

The opening date for the Orchard Road store has not yet been revealed but rumors hint to May 29. Much like the rest of Apple’s operations in the country, the store will be powered by solar energy.
