Apple Watch in the sun

The latest Apple Watch Activity Challenge has kicked off today, to celebrate Earth Day. All that users of the wearable need to do to win their coveted sticker is complete any workout lasting for at least 30 minutes.

In order to record the exercise, users can utilize any exercise app that integrates with Appleā€™s Health app. For example, you could complete it using Appleā€™s own Workout app on the Apple Watch, the Nike+ Running app on your iPhone, or even MyFitnessPal.

Successful completion of the task will give you a custom reward in the Fitness app, in addition to exclusive stickers in the Messages and FaceTime apps.

Users could even begin a subscription to Fitness+ in order to track their workout. A Fitness+ subscription can be purchased for $9.99 per month or as part of the Premier tier of the Apple One bundle. With Fitness+ continuing to gain new features and content, signing up could be an excellent way to kickstart your exercise journey.
