New Apple Watch listings reveal new information ahead of release

Ahead of pre-orders opening on the Apple Watch Series 7 tomorrow, product listings for the device have revealed new information, including case and band pairings that had previously not been available.

The Apple Watch Series 7 has appeared on Amazon’s Canadian website, and confirms that the company will be color-matching Sports Bands with cases. For instance, those who buy the green aluminum model will receive the Clover Sport Band in their box, whilst the blue aluminum case comes with the Abyss Blue Sport Band.

Apple will ship the gold stainless steel Apple Watch Series 7 with the Dark Cherry Sport Band, but it’s also possible to choose for it to be sold with a gold Milanese Loop for an additional fee.

The silver stainless steel Apple Watch will be sold with the Starlight Sport Band or silver Milanese Loop, giving consumers more choice and allowing them to get their preferred strap or band right away.

The graphite stainless steel model will be sold with either a graphite Milanese Loop or Abyss Blue Sports Band.

We don’t know whether Apple will offer other variants when the model first goes on sale tomorrow, but the company is expected to also release the Apple Watch Nike, Apple Watch Hermes and titanium Apple Watch Edition models at the same time. It’s likely each will be sold with a couple of color options.

For those wanting to buy their new Apple Watch from the Apple Store, it’s good to know that it’ll be possible to pick out a custom Apple Watch Series 7 case and band combination, though it’s likely that this will delay the shipping of your order when considering the new model is reportedly in short supply.

Pre-orders for the new Apple Watch Series 7 go live at 8am eastern time, tomorrow October 8.
