According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the fully revamped Siri will likely arrive with iOS 18.4 in the spring of 2025.

This upgraded Siri will feature advanced capabilities, allowing the voice assistant to control app actions, understand on-screen content, and determine actions based on context.

Apple Intelligence is set to launch this fall. Although the complete new version of Siri won’t be available immediately, users can expect new Siri features, including a redesigned interface and ChatGPT integration, with the initial rollout of Apple Intelligence.

In his latest “Power On” newsletter, Gurman also mentioned that the upcoming Apple Watch Series 10 and Apple Watch Ultra 3 will feature a new processor succeeding last year’s S9 chip.

While this new chip may pave the way for future AI enhancements, it will not support Apple Intelligence, and there are no current plans to bring the full suite to the Apple Watch.

Gurman previously reported that Apple Intelligence will be integrated into the Vision Pro headset next year.

However, the HomePod will not receive these new features, as Apple is focusing on developing a new “AI-powered tabletop robot.”
