As we get closer and closer to the expected launch of the iPhone 7, fresh details appear to be leaking at a faster rate. Now, Stuff has shared a video showing a CAD rendering of allegedly the large iPhone 7 Plus during the early March testing stage of the product’s development.
The tech site claims to have got its hands on CAD files – apparently uncovered by that veteran tech leaker, NowhereElse.fr editor Steve Hemmerstoffer – used to make prototypes of the iPhone 7 Plus. This particular prototype reportedly was being used by Catcher Technology earlier this year.
Truthfully, the new video – which you can watch above – reveals practically nothing about the handset that hasn’t already been indicated in the blueprint and render brought to light by uSwitch last week. Those, too, were leaked by Hemmerstoffer.
However, they did depict an iPhone 7 Plus from Apple’s January testing stage – which means that, with this new video and the above-pictured new blueprint posted by Stuff, we can feel more confident that changes including a dual-lens camera, more carefully concealed antenna lines and a Smart Connector will indeed make it into the iPhone 7 Plus.
