New Video Shows Apple Watch Series 2 Eject Water in Slo-Mo

The Apple Watch Series 2 could be the new must-have gadget for many avid swimmers, thanks to its “swim-proof” design and swim tracking features. One particularly novel part of the design, the speaker’s ability to eject water post-swim, has just been shown in slo-mo action in a new video.

The video, posted to YouTube by young Australian singer and musician Nathan Smart and viewable below, shows what to expect when, having brought an Apple Watch Series 2 out of the water, you act on the on-screen prompt to turn the digital crown to eject water remaining in the speaker holes.

It’s certainly a good example of clever design ā€“ and, by reading our in-depth review of the Apple Watch Series 2 in the new AppleMagazine issue, you can learn even more reasons to be excited by the wearable. You can subscribe to our digital periodical through our free app for iOS.
