Yes, we know its already October 23 but we’d just like to confirm to you that Apple’s software engineering chief Craig Federighi has stated there will be no Apple event this month.
Despite some people believing that an event would take place this month, largely due to a Mac-centric event in October 2016, there have been no rumors of a 2017 event and there are no new products on the horizon, at least in the immediate future.
Both iPads and Macs were refreshed in June and despite the fact Apple is expecting to introduce the HomePod into the iMac Pro this year, this is not set to take place until December. Apple is unlikely to hold a keynote for this and instead they’ll be launched by press release. This means no more events for the remainder of 2017!
