OBJE Game Developer to Begin Beta Testing iOS Games This Week

Novalon Games, the gaming developer founded by the joint venture of OBJ Enterprises (OTCBB: OBJE) and Source Street, LLC, will begin beta testing the first of two brand new iOS gaming apps for the Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) iPad and iPhone this week, the company announced today.

The exciting new game, titled Phantasmic, is being readied for a 2013 launch.

“Our gaming division, Obscene Interactive, is currently confirming game testers to help us polish and finalize Phantasmic for release in the New Year,” said OBJE CEO Paul Watson. “We’re tremendously excited to be taking this crucial step toward launching Novalon Games’ first product into the marketplace.”

Gaming app development represents the latest expansion in Novalon Games’ business model. Phantasmic and other new games will be built on the increasingly popular free-to-play model, meaning the games will be free to download and use. The Company will achieve monetization through in-app purchases of power-ups and other specialty items. Beta testing will begin on both applications before the end of the year.

The game maker is also developingWayfarers, a sophisticated online roleplaying game, for release in the coming year as well.
