OtterBox unveils a new iPad mini 6 case especially for kids

OtterBox

OtterBox has this week announced a new case for the sixth-generation iPad mini, designed to be ‘child-proof’ against potential knocks, scrapes, and food spills when the tablet is being used by smaller hands.

The case is called the EasyGrab 360° Tablet Case, and as its name suggests, it is meant to be easy to keep hold of for younger people, to help prevent the device from being bumped or otherwise damaged in the first place.

In addition, antimicrobial properties have been incorporated into the case to guard against the build-up of germs and diseases, and the case has been designed with frequent and convenient cleaning and sanitization in mind. The EasyGrab case is also provided with a multi-use stand, for hands-free use and easy carrying.

The case is durable in construction, and has a built-in screen protector. There are also grip ridges for easy holding, and raised edges to further help protect both the screen and the camera from potential damage. An Apple Pencil slot is included, too, for straightforward charging access.

OtterBox is offering the case for $60, and buyers can choose from two fun colors: Galaxy Runner Blue and Martian Green.
