Not willing to live and let die with their Mojis, the team behind the popular messaging app Skype are rolling out a whole new set, inspired by love and including new music from legendary ex-member of The Beatles, Sir Paul McCartney.
Valentine’s Day is, of course, only a few days away now. It’s apt, therefore, that Skype has added to its Mojis, which build upon emojis to include both sound and video, for enabling its users to – in the team’s own words – “express your love to friends and family around the world”.
The team say that they have “coupled original Skype designs with unique music compositions from Paul”. Macca is said to be a genuine Skype fan – and users of the latest version of the app for Windows, OS X, Android or iOS can look forward to simply having a wonderful Skyping time. All you need is love – and patience, as the Love Mojis might still be in the process of rolling out.
