Some of the Quirkiest iPhone and iPad Cases We’ve Seen

It’s the fall, an exciting time for Apple fans as new iPhones and iPads are released. However, buying one might also necessitate buying a new case. If you’d love to kit out your new device with a case that regularly makes an amusing conversation-starter, here are some of our own recommendations.

LEGO Builder Case

This case is manufactured by Belkin and officially licensed by LEGO – yes, that really is the company’s logo you can see on the packaging. Belkin offers versions of this case for the iPhone 5, 5C, 6, 6 Plus, 6S and 6S Plus and the first three generations of the iPad Mini, and each case comes with a studded layer upon which you can attach genuine LEGO bricks.

Wood you believe it?

If you consider yourself an eco-warrior, why not wear your green credentials on your sleeve – or, to be exact, iPhone or iPad? You might actually have the equipment and expertise to make your own wooden case, but if you don’t, you could always buy one of the wooden shells available from British company MediaDevil or a Vesel Wood Series case, one of which is reviewed by Dom Esposito below.
