Stardew Valley is now available on the iPhone and iPad

A pixel art scene from the game "Stardew Valley" on an iPad shows a tranquil mountain landscape with green hills, a gradient blue sky, and a starry night. The game's title "Stardew Valley" appears prominently in large, yellow, block letters.

Stardew Valley is an indie RPG that was first released on the PC in 2016. Since then, Stardew Valley has become extremely popular and is available to play on the PlayStation 3, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and now the iOS.

What is the game about?

Inspired by the Harvest Moon series, Stardew Valley’s story revolves around farm life, raising crops for profit, caring for livestock, battling enemies in caves, and making gifts to give to town members to build relationships and a love interest. The game includes all the seasons and various special events that make the whole game year interesting and addictive. Your goal for the town is to rebuild the Community Center and bring the town back to its former glory.

This farming simulation game is fully available on the iOS; it is not a shortened version but the whole original gameplay with the updates other platforms receive. However, unlike talks about the game possibly becoming multiplayer on the Nintendo Switch, the iOS version of the game will remain single player. This does not take away from the excitement of the game on iOS though, as the iPad and iPhone versions allow for touch-based controls which are a new addition for Stardew Valley.

Are you a fan of Stardew Valley and will you be downloading it on your iPhone or iPad?
