Steve Jobs Film Pics Published

Photographs of acclaimed actor Michael Fassbender portraying late Apple boss Steve Jobs have been published by UK newspaper the Daily Mail. Filming for a new Jobs biopic began recently, with Seth Rogen playing Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.

The photographs gave cinemagoers the first insight into how the actors will look in the film. Images of Fassbender playing Jobs in his younger days and the two actors talking to director Danny Boyle were published. The movie is being shot in California near Apple’s Cupertino headquarters. Jobs and Wozniak built their first machine in nearby Los Altos. The film hasn’t been named yet, but production is taking place under the working title “Steve Jobs”.

The script was written by Aaron Sorkin. It’s thought that the film will end with the launch of the iMac in 1998. Casting details were recently announced, with Jeff Daniels, Kate Winslet and Kateron Waterson all playing prominent roles in the movie. Boyle replaced original director David Fincher, who decided to exit the project. Various well-known actors turned down the role of Jobs.
