Structurally, the M4 features a sophisticated up-to-10-core CPU, which includes four high-performance cores and six efficiency cores, boasting a performance enhancement of 50% over its predecessor, the M2. This improvement underscores Apple’s commitment to balancing power with energy efficiency.

Moreover, the introduction of an upgraded Neural Engine, capable of executing an impressive 38 trillion operations per second, showcases the M4’s readiness for intensive AI applications.
