How do you know that youโve truly โarrivedโ? These days, itโs probably when youโve got your own emoji โ and Twitter has just debuted a new emoji resembling social media savvy T-Mobile boss John Legere.
The CEO of the third largest wireless carrier in the United States makes extensive use of Twitter, having often even interacted directly with his companyโs customers. According to CNNMoney, his dedication to the social media site has so impressed Twitter that it has now given him a cute emoji in his image.
6/ Yep!! There it is!! Well done! #TweetJohn โ How do i look? I canโt wait to use this all throughout the week! https://t.co/qqi4LA1Yj1

From today, the cartoon picture of a grinning John Legere, complete with trademark lengthy locks, will appear in a tweet whenever the hashtag #tweetjohn is used. Referring to the emoji, Legere has remarked: โIโm going to take some ribbing from my friends, but it definitely makes me look 20 years younger.โ How much longer, we wonder, before it appears on the iOS emoji keyboard?
