What’s new in iOS 11 beta 7?

Alongside the public release of beta 6, iOS 11 beta 7 has been released to developers only seven days after the last update. Although there might be less apparent changes, mostly bug fixes and software tweaks, there are a handful of interesting features that we think you might be interested in.

The team over at 9to5mac have created another hands-on walkthrough video detailing what’s new and these include:

  • The music icon now appears on the Control Center music widget
  • There is a yellow volume limit warning for users in the EU
  • The Now Playing widget is back in Cover Sheet
  • Bluetooth can stay enabled even in Airplane Mode
  • There is a smaller lock screen clock

It was only a matter of hours before the public beta 7 was released so those scrambling to pay the $99 developer sign up fee would have been sorely disappointed.
