Why This Week’s AppleMagazine is Great for Movie Buffs

Some of us just can’t get enough of movies. Some of us can be as attracted to movie theaters as moths are to light bulbs – and so can be constantly excited about reading new film reviews and feature articles, too. If you are one of these people and have an iOS device, then thankfully, you can get yet another taste of this just by subscribing to AppleMagazine and receiving the current issue.

The latest Pixar venture Inside Out has recently been thriving at the box office, and you can read a lot about its production and critical reception in our huge feature article about the film in the current issue of AppleMagazine. The film’s concept is certainly original – and, in preparation for a much-warranted trip to the theater, you can more easily get your head around this concept if you subscribe now.

The issue also includes a review of American teen comedy film The DUFF, which has recently become available through iTunes. Mae Whitman plays a teenager who discovers that she is considered a ‘Designated Ugly Fat Friend’. Shock! Can she transform herself into “the dateable one” instead?

We also review Jurassic Park Bundle, another recent iTunes addition and which includes the first three Jurassic Park movies. It’s a timely addition, too, given the recent theater release of the popular Jurassic World.
