A glimpse of the future for Xbox and Windows 10 will be on offer at a “global media showcase” that Microsoft has announced will take place in San Francisco on February 25.
The Redmond company can feel confident about the future, having recently revealed that Windows 10 is now running on over 200 million devices – and, for this new event, it has pledged “the chance to hear from Head of Xbox Phil Spencer and get hands-on with the best games and platform experiences launching this spring on Xbox and Windows 10.”
This is according to Neowin, which claims to have received one of the event invites that Microsoft sent out today. Though Microsoft is keeping its cards close to its chest concerning what exactly it will reveal on the big day, the company’s words suggest a strong focus on gaming and how Windows 10, which now largely powers the software of the Xbox One, can tie it all together into a single strong ecosystem.
