3D Render of iPad Mini 4 Leaked; Hint at iPad Pro Render

It seems likely that the iPad Mini 4 will be officially unveiled by Apple on September 9, and we can now enjoy something of a preview thanks to a leaked 3D render of the new small tablet. Furthermore, the man behind this leak has revealed that he also has what could be a similar render of the iPad Pro!

The Mini 4 render appears in the below video posted to YouTube by veteran tech leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer. This video allows you to see the tablet from many different angles and what looks like the recently forecast slimmer build in comparison to the current iPad Mini 3. Other noticeable changes include single-row speaker grilles and a microphone in place of the mute switch.

The video certainly provides credible evidence that the tablet will be a bigger step forward, at least in terms of design, than its predecessor – but its thunder almost could have been stolen by a similar 3D render of the long-rumored 12.9-inch “iPad Pro”.

On his Twitter page at @OnLeaks, Hemmerstoffer revealed:

He resisted showing the render, despite being urged otherwise by other tweeters – leaving many people interested in learning more about the larger tablet having to continue with mere speculation… for now.
