Apple Releases iOS 9.3 and iTunes 12.3.3, Amid Other Updates

On a very eventful day for Apple, the company has released various software updates – including, most notably, iOS 9.3 and iTunes 12.3.3, but also OS X 10.11.4, tvOS 9.2 and watchOS 2.2.

iOS 9.3 is now available through Software Update on all iOS devices capable of running iOS 9. As the release notes explain, along with the usual small tweaks and bug fixes, iOS 9.3 includes improvements to Apple’s Notes, News, Health and Music apps.

Also included is the new Night Shift feature, which can shift display colors to warmer hues during the evening hours and, in doing so, help users to enjoy more comfortable sleep.

Meanwhile, if you’re salivating at the prospect of buying the just-announced iPhone SE or 9.7-inch iPad Pro, you should definitely update the iTunes software on your Mac or PC to version 12.3.3. The update will enable you to sync either new iOS device with your computer.
