Dexter, starring Michael C. Hall as the title character in the Golden Globe-winning role, appears Sunday nights on Showtime. The character works as a blood splatter analyst for the Miami Metro Police Department, yet for seven seasons has moonlighted as a serial killer at night. It's based on the novel Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay.
