The second season of Apple Music Live, the live performance series that brings together top musicians and fans worldwide, is set to premiere on May 10. This season’s launch will be marked by an exclusive live performance by award-winning artist Ed Sheeran, only on Apple Music Live.
Ed Sheeran to Perform New Album at London’s Eventim Apollo
The live event will take place at London’s Eventim Apollo, where Sheeran will present his new album, – (pronounced “subtract”), in its entirety for the first time, accompanied by a 12-piece band that includes Aaron Dessner from The National.
To watch the exclusive live performance, fans can tune in to Apple Music Live on May 10 at noon PST by visiting apple.co/AMLEdSheeran. The performance will also be available for on-demand streaming on both Apple Music and Apple TV+, starting at 1 p.m. PST on May 10.
Delving into the life experiences that inspired him to create his new album, Sheeran will share his personal journey during the Apple Music Live performance. The album, produced by Dessner, features 14 tracks that explore Sheeran’s introspective and heartfelt emotions.
Apple Music 1 host Matt Wilkinson, who interviewed Sheeran for a new segment airing on Tuesday, May 9, expressed excitement about the show, describing it as “an emotional, soul-searching ride.
