Faraday Future Teases First Car Concept in New Short Film

The secretive electric car maker Faraday Future has dropped a new short film, in which its future plans – and a “cleaner, better word” – are teased as the firm prepares to formally reveal its new car concept.

Faraday Future is known to be readying this concept for reveal at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas on January 4. Ahead of the big announcement, Faraday has set up its YouTube channel and posted the new film, titled What if?, which raises “the big questions” the firm claims to be pursuing.

The questions posed by the film’s narrator hint at several features that Faraday could be lining up for its first electric car – including autonomous driving, flexible carsharing and better environmental efficiency. However, it all seems so vague and idealistic that many of us will be more interested in waiting until January, when more concrete details of Faraday Future’s intentions should emerge.
