The PlayStation 4 Pro will feature various technological enhancements, including better CPU and GPU and resolution up to 4K, over the original PS4 console. Now, Sony has revealed that over 30 games will make use of such PS4 Pro features from next Thursday, when the console gets its retail release.
Sony has listed all of those titles on the official PlayStation blog; Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, EA Sports FIFA 17, Hitman, Rez, Rise Of The Tomb Raider and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End are among the top games mentioned. Furthermore, over 45 additional games will become Pro-optimized by the end of 2016, while all first party software arriving in 2017 or later will also take advantage of the Pro’s improvements.
Many gamers are especially likely to look forward to long-established franchises getting a taste of the Pro’s capabilities. For example, Final Fantasy XV will be here before the year is out, while Resident Evil 7 Biohazard is emerging in early 2017. Gran Turismo Sport is another game set to benefit.
In the United States, the PlayStation 4 Pro will be released on November 10 and priced at $399.
